What you will do

• Develop and execute company-wide learning strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Design scalable e-learning, workshop, blended learning, onboarding, and orientation programs for global offices and diverse employee groups.
• Lead the implementation of the hirify.global Way culture strategy and embed organizational values across departments and regions.
• Deliver leadership training and support performance management, promotion assessment, and talent development processes.
• Drive AI transformation of learning and organizational development workflows in cooperation with the AI core team.
• Manage budgets, vendors, training needs, consulting engagements, and process improvements with HR and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant learning and development or organizational development experience, including at least 2 years leading a team.
• Proficiency with e-learning platforms and LMS systems.
• Strong project management, budget control, business acumen, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience designing and deploying scalable enterprise-level talent development programs.
• Fluent written and verbal English required. Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus.
• Practical experience applying AI tools in professional work scenarios and confidence presenting to C-level management and large audiences.
