Director, Talent Development (AI)

Location: Manchester, New Hampshire, USA; 5-day-a-week, in-office role. Periodic travel to hirify.global offices is required.

What you will do

• Partner with managers to create Individual Development Plans and improve ongoing employee development conversations.
• Coach managers on capability gaps, development priorities, feedback, delegation, communication, accountability, and performance management.
• Design and facilitate manager, leadership, onboarding, enterprise learning, and team development programs.
• Create role-based learning pathways, workshops, playbooks, videos, facilitator guides, and digital learning resources.
• Help employees integrate AI into daily workflows through practical use cases, prompting techniques, playbooks, and responsible adoption.
• Measure learning effectiveness through capability improvement and business outcomes, refining programs using data and feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in talent development, learning and development, leadership development, coaching, or organizational development.
• Experience building Individual Development Plans and coaching managers on employee development.
• Experience designing and facilitating manager and leadership development programs, with strong instructional design and curriculum development skills.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, coaching, consulting, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
• Demonstrated project management and program execution skills, plus willingness to travel periodically to hirify.global offices.

Nice to have

• Experience in venture capital, financial services, consulting, professional services, or another knowledge-based organization.
• Experience supporting both investment and corporate functions.
• Experience using AI tools to improve learning, productivity, or organizational capability.
