OD & Learning Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Research emerging trends, conduct benchmarking and organizational diagnostics, and identify organizational and talent needs.
• Design and continuously improve company-wide organizational development and learning frameworks, methodologies, tools, and materials.
• Lead talent processes including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, and career growth initiatives.
• Develop AI-driven and data-informed solutions to improve the scalability and effectiveness of organizational development and learning programs.
• Create and deliver Train-the-Trainer programs, toolkits, and guidance for HR teams and managers.
• Manage OD&L projects and annual work plans, including stakeholders, vendors, budgets, implementation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in organizational development, talent management, leadership development, or learning and development within a global organization.
• Experience designing company-wide organizational development frameworks, talent processes, and leadership development initiatives.
• Experience using AI and emerging technologies to create innovative, scalable, and data-driven solutions.
• Experience developing and facilitating Train-the-Trainer programs and capability-building initiatives.
• Knowledge of blended, digital, experiential, and skills-based learning methodologies.
• Strong project management, consulting, facilitation, communication, and influencing skills; excellent written and verbal English; bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience in the high-tech industry.
• Master’s degree in human resources, organizational development, psychology, behavioral sciences, education, or a related field.
