Talent Development Specialist

What you will do

• Design and lead talent, management, and leadership development programmes.
• Develop capability frameworks, learning pathways, and development experiences.
• Facilitate workshops and guide managers, senior leaders, and high-potential employees.
• Support talent reviews, succession planning, and high-potential development processes.
• Manage global learning programmes from design and implementation through evaluation and governance.
• Use data, dashboards, and employee feedback to evaluate initiatives and drive improvements.

Requirements

• Experience in talent development, talent management, organisational development, learning and development, or HR.
• Experience designing and implementing management and leadership development programmes.
• Experience with talent review, succession planning, and high-potential development processes.
• Expertise in project and programme management.
• Ability to analyse data and translate insights into meaningful action.
• Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, and stakeholder-influencing skills in a globally and culturally diverse organisation.

Nice to have

• Coaching qualification or accreditation.
• Experience with learning management systems and digital learning platforms.
• Experience supporting organisational transformation and change initiatives.
• Knowledge of modern leadership development methodologies and talent practices.
