Director, Talent Development & Inclusion (APAC)

Location: Singapore, Malaysia, or Thailand. Work location includes the Singapore Office or KL COE Office.

What you will do

• Lead the Talent Development and Inclusion function across APAC and advise senior HR and business leaders.
• Translate global talent, leadership, and inclusion strategies into locally relevant programs across diverse markets and cultures.
• Design and deliver leadership, manager development, employee growth, career mobility, and AI fluency initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop a small regional team, including dotted-line team members and external learning partners.
• Establish consistent program delivery, measurement, reporting, and continuous improvement practices.
• Use government development funds, LMS platforms, authoring tools, and virtual delivery technology to scale learning experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; an advanced degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Education, or a related field is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in talent development, learning and development, or organizational effectiveness, including 5+ years leading people.
• Experience operating across multiple APAC markets and understanding regional cultural dynamics.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning, program design, learning needs diagnosis, and behavior change at scale.
• Experience measuring learning impact, influencing senior stakeholders, managing multiple programs, and working with LMS, authoring, and virtual facilitation tools.
• Fluency in English required; additional regional language proficiency is a plus.
