Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (103 PMHNP)

Location: Remote within the United States, with listed locations in Denver, Irvine, Long Beach, Oakland, Sacramento, San Diego, San Francisco, and San Jose.

Salary: Guaranteed base salary starting at $140,000 per year, plus productivity-based incentives.

What you will do

• Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Manage and monitor medications, assess treatment progress, and adjust care plans as needed.
• Complete timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with therapists, care coordinators, and other providers to support continuity of care.
• Maintain a consistent schedule and meet baseline clinical encounter expectations.
• Use the InSync platform and other clinical tools to manage caseloads, documentation, and care delivery.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in applicable state(s).
• 103 designation.
• Board certification or eligibility in psychiatry.
• Experience providing psychiatric evaluations and medication management.
• Strong clinical judgment, evidence-based practice, and accurate documentation skills.
• Comfort working in a technology-enabled care environment and using modern AI productivity tools.
