Location: Hybrid in-person and remote care at New York clinic locations

Salary: $116,000–$140,000 per year for full-time positions

hirify.global is a pediatric, teen, and parental mental health practice providing virtual and in-person outpatient diagnostic evaluation, therapy, psychiatry, medication management, and psychological testing.

What you will do

• Conduct structured three-part psychiatric diagnostic evaluations for children and adolescents, including caregiver, patient, and feedback sessions.
• Provide 30-minute psychiatric medication management follow-ups and prescribe medications, including stimulants and other controlled substances.
• Complete biopsychosocial intakes and risk assessments covering suicidality, self-harm, harm to others, abuse, neglect, and safety concerns.
• Collaborate with therapists, psychologists, coaches, prescribers, and care operations staff on coordinated treatment planning.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the electronic health record and use AI-assisted documentation tools, including an AI scribe.
• Participate in case consultations, quality improvement initiatives, clinical training, and care-model development.

Requirements

• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC); board-eligible candidates with a clear certification timeline may be considered.
• At least 2–3 years of post-training clinical experience specifically in pediatric mental health.
• Active DEA license and demonstrated comfort prescribing stimulants and other controlled substances to pediatric patients.
• Active New York state license or willingness to obtain one with administrative and financial support.
• Expertise in comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and evidence-based pediatric psychiatry, including ADHD, anxiety, mood disorders, ASD, and trauma.
• Strong communication, documentation, multidisciplinary collaboration, culturally responsive care, and technology skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a hybrid in-person and virtual clinical model.
• Prior use of AI documentation tools or clinical decision support platforms.
• Licensure in additional New York metro states or openness to cross-licensure.
