Salary: $120,000–$180,000 USD annual compensation based on 40 hours per week

What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations over video and determine whether treatment is appropriate.
• Educate clients about psychedelic therapy, ketamine science, safety, and the treatment experience.
• Prescribe ketamine therapy using clinical protocols and tailor treatment based on individual needs and progress.
• Collaborate with hirify.global guides to deliver coordinated, whole-person care.
• Build client trust through professional, responsive video consultations.
• Use clinical insights to improve protocols and the overall care model.

Requirements

• Active state licensure as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner or Psychiatric Physician Assistant is required.
• New PMHNP graduates are welcome; Psychiatric PAs need at least six months of psychiatric experience.
• Ability to conduct complex psychiatric evaluations and diagnose depression, anxiety, and PTSD.
• Warm, professional, and attentive communication during video consultations.
• Ability to learn new tools quickly and troubleshoot independently.
• Commitment to clinical excellence, psychedelic therapy, AI-assisted care, and evidence-based treatments.
