Location: Remote within the United States; active state licensure is required, with cross-licensing support available

Salary: $110,000–$170,000 USD annual compensation, based on 40 hours per week

What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations through video consultations.
• Assess client needs and determine whether hirify.global is an appropriate treatment option.
• Educate clients about ketamine therapy, including its science, safety, and treatment experience.
• Prescribe ketamine therapy using clinical protocols and individualized clinical judgment.
• Coordinate care with hirify.global guides to provide an integrated client experience.
• Use client insights to improve clinical protocols and the care model.

Requirements

• Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner or Psychiatric Physician Assistant qualification with active state licensure.
• Active DEA registration.
• Experience conducting complex psychiatric evaluations and diagnosing depression, anxiety, and PTSD.
• Warm, professional, and attentive communication during video consultations.
• Ability to learn new tools quickly and troubleshoot independently.
• Commitment to clinical excellence, evidence-based treatments, and psychedelic therapy.
