Staff Nurse Practitioner, Mental Health

Location: USA - Any Location (Remote). Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Salary: $145,000 base salary annually, plus performance bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Conduct virtual patient assessments, collect medical histories, perform mental status examinations, and diagnose common mental health conditions.
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with patients.
• Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests, including laboratory work.
• Prescribe medications and therapies according to evidence-based guidelines and patient needs.
• Monitor patient progress, evaluate outcomes, and adjust treatment plans.
• Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals while providing patient education and support.

Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing or Doctor of Nursing Practice, plus a post-master's graduate certificate.
• 4+ years of clinical experience as a Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
• Two independent, active state licenses, including at least one in Arizona, Iowa, Washington, Nevada, Illinois, Virginia, Oregon, Minnesota, or Utah.
• Board certification by ANCC or AANP and Medicaid provider enrollment or eligibility for enrollment upon hire.
• Clean professional record with no board disciplinary actions and strong independent clinical decision-making skills.
• Ability to use telehealth platforms and obtain additional licenses as requested.
