Enterprise Program Coordinator

Location: Singapore-Yishun; onsite integration with customer teams

What you will do

• Act as the primary operational liaison between hirify.global and key customers.
• Coordinate scheduled and reactive services according to customer needs.
• Resolve customer inquiries by engaging appropriate internal and external teams.
• Collaborate across functions to identify challenges, develop solutions, and implement best practices.
• Support program and project delivery while driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Provide hands-on support onsite with customer teams and execute duties defined in program agreements.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar program or project support role in a technical or customer-focused environment.
• Degree in a scientific or technical field preferred; equivalent experience is valued.
• Strong customer service, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage complex schedules, multiple priorities, technical service requests, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Solution-oriented, adaptable, and focused on driving results.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Nice to have

• Experience in laboratory or technical settings.
• Experience with SAP.
