Lead Technical Program Manager (Factory Automation)

Location: Singapore, SGP. Relocation is not available. Travel is required for approximately 20% of the time.

What you will do

• Build relationships with business leaders and stakeholders across logistics, manufacturing, factory automation, and inventory management.
• Align business priorities, technology roadmaps, and program investments while communicating status, risks, value, and recommendations to executives.
• Lead the design and implementation of solutions for logistics operations, warehouse processes, manufacturing automation, inventory visibility, and material flow optimization.
• Oversee requirements, solution design, testing, deployment, integration, and vendor management.
• Manage scope, budgets, timelines, risks, dependencies, and executive communications across global and regional teams.
• Drive accountability and execution across matrixed teams without direct reporting authority.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, engineering, computer science, supply chain, or a related discipline.
• 9+ years of experience in enterprise IT, logistics technology, or manufacturing automation systems.
• Experience leading complex technology programs and managing senior executive stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead matrixed teams and influence without direct authority.
• Strong program management, communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
• Experience working with global teams and APAC stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with RFID, IoT, AGV, AMR, ASRS, material handling equipment integrations, smart warehouse or manufacturing technologies, and Industry 4.0.
• Experience with systems integration, middleware platforms, global program management, and vendor management.
