Integration Manager (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in Singapore or Shanghai, China. Regular overlap with North American EST working hours is required, with flexibility for early mornings or evenings and willingness to travel as needed.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain integration plans aligned with acquisition objectives.
• Drive integration activities from signing through post-close across Technology, Operations, Finance, Risk, People, and other workstreams.
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and synergy progress, escalating issues when needed.
• Coordinate APAC stakeholders with EMEA and North American teams and leadership.
• Facilitate decisions, follow-ups, prioritization, sequencing, and issue resolution.
• Build integration trackers, analyses, executive updates, templates, and repeatable processes.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in M&A integration.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and functional teams while managing parallel priorities.
• Strong problem-solving, structured thinking, organization, execution, and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft 365, including tracking models and executive materials.
• Fluent English, written and verbal, is required.
• Ability to collaborate across global time zones, including regular EST overlap, is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in payments, fintech, or regulated industries.
• Exposure to cross-border or global programs.
• Experience working across North America, EMEA, and/or APAC.
• Mandarin language skills.
