Senior Program Manager (AI Advertising)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end programs covering creative review, content policy, and global vendor operations.
• Build and maintain global-scale content policies, operational workflows, documentation, training, and escalation procedures.
• Apply AI and automation to reduce manual effort, improve service quality, and increase operational productivity.
• Define and automate KPIs, report program performance, and provide data-driven insights to leadership.
• Align Sales, Supply, Legal, and Product stakeholders while balancing technical requirements and business priorities.
• Translate operational pain points into technical requirements and influence the product roadmap through impact analysis and prioritization.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in program management, policy and operations, GTM strategy and operations, process optimization, or vendor management at global scale.
• Strong ownership, prioritization, and independent decision-making skills in fast-paced and unstructured environments.
• Structured, data-driven problem-solving and root-cause analysis using complex operational data.
• Practical fluency in applying AI to operational workflows and building automation, processes, policies, and technical solutions.
• Experience resolving complex problems across diverse stakeholders and developing documentation, policies, training, and enablement materials.
• Fluent English required.
