Technical Program Manager (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Prepare project plans and drive equipment projects from conception and planning through implementation.
• Manage project schedules, task details, reports, tracking charts, checklists, and scheduling software.
• Coordinate divisional resources, purchase requisitions, and purchase orders to support on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Drive equipment cost and schedule performance for internal and external customers and vendors worldwide.
• Coordinate multifunctional design teams and provide technical input to achieve project goals.
• Identify project complications, develop solutions, and support release and deployment activities.

Requirements

• Demonstrated depth or breadth of expertise in a specialized discipline or field.
• Ability to interpret business challenges and recommend practices that improve products, processes, or services.
• Experience leading functional teams or projects with moderate resources, risk, or complexity.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to identify innovative solutions.
• Ability to communicate difficult concepts and negotiate with stakeholders.
