What you will do

• Manage SPI and NPI build plan cycles and the product transition process.
• Improve NPI responsiveness and minimize P&L impact across product transitions and last-time-buy activities.
• Lead multi-product, high-level planning for new processes and initiatives.
• Analyze usage data and stock levels, develop inventory AOP, and lead inventory reduction activities.
• Set up and improve inventory management systems.
• Support knowledge sharing, best-practice engagement, audit preparation, database administration, and complex cross-functional projects.

Requirements

• Conceptual and practical expertise in the relevant discipline, with basic knowledge of related areas.
• Knowledge of best practices and how the function integrates with other business areas.
• Ability to solve complex problems using multiple sources of information and sound judgment.
• Ability to explain difficult or sensitive information and build consensus.
• Ability to act as a resource for less experienced colleagues and lead small projects.
• Relocation is not eligible for this position.
