Senior Technical Recruiter (Fintech)

Location: San Francisco, California, United States; on-site

Salary: $120,000–$190,000 per year, plus equity and benefits

What you will do

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process for technical roles from intake through offer acceptance.
• Partner with engineering, product, and executive leaders on headcount planning, leveling, and talent strategy.
• Build talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, technical communities, and targeted outreach.
• Develop diverse candidate pipelines and support inclusive hiring practices.
• Use recruiting metrics to improve efficiency, reduce time-to-fill, and maintain ATS data integrity.
• Collaborate with the People team on scalable recruiting processes and employer branding.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Experience hiring for engineering roles such as full-stack, backend, frontend, API, DevOps, data, and security engineering.
• Strong understanding of technical skill sets, tools, and frameworks.
• Experience building diverse talent pipelines and applying inclusive hiring practices.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse or Lever and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

• Experience in SaaS, fintech, or high-growth startup environments.
