Senior System Administrator

Location: Hybrid, based on-site at either the Espoo, Finland or Munich, Germany office

What you will do

• Own and administer designated technical IT services and infrastructure.
• Execute IT development tasks and contribute to project roadmap initiatives.
• Monitor and optimize uptime for internal and customer-facing production systems.
• Plan and perform upgrades, maintenance, and infrastructure improvements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and analyze logs to identify and resolve critical issues proactively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to design and evolve infrastructure and applications.

Requirements

• 5+ years of broad experience with clear responsibility in system administration or similar roles.
• Experience working with diverse IT environments and systems, including IT system planning and architecture.
• Strong Linux system administration skills and systematic documentation experience.
• Understanding of IT support principles, information security, and business continuity.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent written and spoken English and ability to work on-site in a hybrid model from either Espoo or Munich.

Nice to have

• Networking, scripting or programming, and database experience.
• Infrastructure as code with Ansible.
• Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS, and Git.
