TL;DR
IT System Administrator (Linux/Apple): Managing and developing Avelios' internal IT infrastructure for a healthcare software company with an accent on Apple device management, Linux administration, networking, authentication, and security. What you will do
- Manage and strategically develop Apple devices through mobile device management solutions, including policies, configurations, and automated rollouts.
- Install, configure, and maintain Linux systems and Ubiquiti network hardware.
- Automate system configurations, operating system deployments, and regular updates.
- Build and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code and automation processes.
- Set up and support SSO and identity provider integrations, including firewall infrastructure.
- Document the system landscape and security processes while analyzing and resolving infrastructure, authentication, and endpoint issues.
Requirements
- Practical experience administering Apple devices and MDM systems, ideally Mosyle.
- In-depth knowledge of Linux system administration.
- Experience with network components and architectures, preferably Ubiquiti.
- Knowledge of infrastructure automation, ideally Ansible, and experience with zero-touch deployment and automated operating system rollouts.
- Experience with modern authentication and SSO standards such as SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect.
- Knowledge of firewalling, network segmentation, IT security, and scalable, secure, maintainable infrastructure.

- Experience with identity and access management systems.
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and patch management solutions.
- Interest in strategic infrastructure planning and continuous system improvement.
