What you will do
- Administer customer and adviser requests relating to self-invested products.
- Provide pension administration services, including general servicing and money-out transactions.
- Support advisers and bereaved family members through the bereavement process.
- Complete allocated daily work while meeting productivity, quality, and service-level standards.
- Process and authorise permitted financial transactions in line with IFC, CASS, and SYSC requirements.
- Identify process improvements that enhance customer experience or reduce costs.
