What you will do
- Serve as the lead Finance Business Partner for International Payments and Total Issuing Solutions International.
- Own financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic analysis across assigned business areas.
- Manage and influence decision-making across a large and complex P&L.
- Partner with senior stakeholders, challenge assumptions, and support critical business decisions.
- Lead the integration of finance activities and teams across and TIS.
- Present financial insights and recommendations to executive leadership and identify improvements to FP&A processes, including AI applications.
Requirements
- Qualified accountant with ACCA, CIMA, or an equivalent qualification.
- 3–5+ years of senior FP&A experience in a large international corporate environment.
- Demonstrated experience in financial planning, analysis, and strategic finance leadership.
- Experience managing or supporting large and complex P&Ls.
- Strong stakeholder management, business partnering, and executive communication skills.
- Experience working in complex international and cross-border operating environments while balancing strategic initiatives with business-as-usual responsibilities.
Nice to have
- Finance degree or relevant academic qualification.
- Experience in payments, fintech, or international financial services.
- Exposure to International Payments or Issuing Solutions businesses.
- Experience leveraging or implementing AI capabilities within FP&A.
- Involvement in organisational change, transformation, or integration programmes.
