Completions Officer (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid (Milton Keynes, UK)

What you will do

• Deliver post-sanction administration for Commercial Mortgages, including legal and valuation instructions.
• Ensure all Conditions Precedent to the Mortgage are satisfied to drive timely completions.
• Manage a pipeline of cases to adhere to service level agreements and quality expectations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders like Underwriting and BDMs, as well as external legal and valuation panels.
• Maintain accurate case records and sanction audit trails within the Core Banking system.
• Support wider lending teams across Asset Finance and other unsecured lending products.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Commercial Mortgage based background.
• Knowledge of commercial environment and lending pipeline management.
• Strong customer service ethic with experience in fast-paced environments.
• Strong oral and written communication and relationship management skills.
• Understanding of Conduct and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) requirements.
