What you will do

• Manage full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for manufacturing and technical operations roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, production timelines, and team needs.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, recruiting agencies, networking events, and career fairs.
• Screen candidates for technical competency and manufacturing experience.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding to provide a seamless candidate experience.
• Maintain compliant ATS records and track recruiting metrics to improve sourcing strategies.

Requirements

• 3–8 years of recruiting experience focused on manufacturing, engineering, or technical operations roles.
• Proven success in high-volume recruiting environments.
• Experience recruiting manufacturing engineers, quality engineers, technicians, planners, or other production professionals.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter or Greenhouse.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
