Technical Recruiter (B2C Technology)

Location: Hybrid role based in the New York City or Austin office, with in-office attendance required on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. In-office expectations may increase based on project needs and future policy changes.

Salary: NYC $165,000–$180,000; Austin $150,000–$165,000 base salary annually, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead full-lifecycle recruiting for B2C technology roles from role launch and sourcing through interviews, offers, and closing.
• Facilitate intake discussions, define success profiles and leveling, and establish clear interview plans and evaluation criteria.
• Build and manage multi-channel talent pipelines, including passive candidate outreach, funnel health, pacing, and offer acceptance.
• Maintain structured, candidate-centered hiring processes with timely feedback, pre-briefs, debriefs, documentation, and ATS hygiene.
• Design scalable recruiting templates, playbooks, scorecards, and interviewer enablement resources.
• Partner with hiring managers and cross-functional leaders while representing hirify.global with clear, reliable, and professional communication.

Requirements

• 10+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience across multiple technical functions.
• Experience recruiting for Engineering, Product, and Data/Analytics roles in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Strong sourcing expertise, including multi-channel pipeline development and passive talent engagement.
• Proven ability to improve hiring speed, funnel conversion, slate quality, and offer acceptance.
• Strong stakeholder partnership, communication, judgment, operational discipline, and ATS process management.
• Ability to work from the New York City or Austin office and attend in person three days per week.
