What you will do

• Develop sourcing strategies and build candidate pipelines across manufacturing, finance, operations, supply chain, and corporate functions.
• Source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and other recruiting platforms.
• Conduct phone screens and initial interviews, evaluate qualifications, and manage offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to define recruiting strategies and provide market insights.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake meetings and job postings through onboarding coordination.
• Maintain ATS records, report recruiting metrics, improve processes, and support a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on manufacturing, finance, operations, supply chain, or other corporate functions.
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing, finance, HR, operations, or corporate roles.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• Experience conducting candidate interviews and managing offers.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities.
• Ability to work onsite in Hawthorne, California.

Nice to have

• Experience in a government contracting environment and familiarity with OFCCP, EEO regulations, and audit-ready recruiting practices.
• Experience with Pinpoint, Greenhouse, or Ashby ATS platforms.
• Experience recruiting in a fast-paced, high-growth, or startup environment.
