Senior Order Management Specialist

What you will do

• Manage customer orders from receipt through fulfilment and shipment, proactively addressing risks, delays, and dependencies.
• Coordinate operational delivery across Sales, Customer Success, Fulfilment, Logistics, Engineering, Manufacturing, Service Delivery, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance.
• Align customer commitments with operational capacity, maintain stock control, and escalate missing or delayed deliveries.
• Own ERP and CRM operations, including workflows, approvals, notifications, reporting structures, and issue resolution with IT teams and vendors.
• Develop operational KPIs, dashboards, and weekly and monthly management reports.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on scalability and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or Engineering.
• 3–7 years of experience in Order Management, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Fulfilment, Supply Chain, or Customer Operations.
• Advanced ERP and CRM administration experience, including workflow design, process mapping, and business process automation.
• Experience developing KPI dashboards and management reports using Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent BI tools.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, data analysis, Order-to-Cash process knowledge, and project management or process improvement methodology experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in technology, telecommunications, manufacturing, aerospace, defence, or systems integration environments.
