Supply Chain Planning Manager (AI Hardware)

What you will do

• Translate engineering build plans and forecasts into material requirements and procurement plans for prototype and pilot builds.
• Partner with engineering on BOM readiness, component sourcing, and material planning for each build milestone.
• Identify long-lead components, supply disruptions, shortages, and single-source risks early.
• Track procurement of manufacturing equipment, tooling, fixtures, and test equipment.
• Align material availability with prototype and pilot schedules at contract manufacturing partners.
• Support engineering change management and the transition from development planning to production planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, material planning, or MRP execution.
• Experience in electronics, semiconductor, or hardware manufacturing.
• Experience managing material and supply plans across multiple sites or regions with suppliers and contract manufacturing partners.
• Hands-on experience with an ERP/MRP system such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar, plus strong Excel and data skills.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
