What you will do

• Communicate with global dealers to coordinate and organize order and delivery processes, especially with third countries
• Create order confirmations, invoices, and delivery notes independently in the internal ERP system
• Ensure materials are available for shipment on time and correctly booked in ERP
• Support the support team with returns and compensation deliveries
• Collaborate with external logistics providers for shipment planning and execution
• Prepare export documents and handle export licenses with BAFA

Requirements

• Location: Must be based on-site in Gilching, Germany
• Completed commercial training (e.g., freight forwarding or logistics clerk)
• At least 3 years of experience in international order processing, customer service, or warehouse management
• Interest in customs and export processing
• Fluent communication in German and English
• Self-motivated and able to independently manage responsibilities
