Customer Program Manager (m/f)

Location: Liberec, Liberecky Kraj, Czech Republic; business travel within EMEA up to 50% and international travel as needed.

What you will do

• Lead assigned customer programs from project kick-off through handover to the Liberec plant.
• Coordinate communication between customers and Sales, FAE, Program Engineering, Logistics, and Procurement.
• Manage project execution against agreed timelines, budgets, and quality requirements.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while escalating critical issues on time.
• Facilitate weekly coordination meetings with customers and internal teams.
• Create project plans and support the transition from development into series production.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in project management, program management, or supply chain operations.
• Experience with project planning tools such as MS Project or Kanban.
• Strong organizational, planning, collaboration, risk management, and customer relationship skills.
• Willingness to travel within EMEA up to 50% of the time and internationally as needed.
