What you will do

• Develop program plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocations, scopes, technical requirements, and success metrics for product transfers.
• Lead the execution of multiple large-scale transfer programs across technical and business teams.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, dependencies, budgets, purchase orders, and program performance.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, business partners, vendors, and cross-functional teams to develop executable plans from ambiguous requirements.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation and corrective actions, resolve execution issues, and communicate status to senior management.
• Provide functional leadership, mentoring, and guidance to Program Management teams while applying Lean Six Sigma to improve Network Execution processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5–8 years of relevant work experience.
• Working knowledge of program management approaches, tools, and methodologies; PMP certification is preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced communication, facilitation, presentation, delegation, and follow-up skills.
• Experience presenting to mid- and senior-level cross-functional audiences.
• Working knowledge of the assigned technical business unit, such as hardware, software, or services.

Nice to have

• Formal training in communication and facilitation.
• PMP certification.
