Program Manager (Life Sciences)

Location: Fully site-based in Bend, Oregon, United States; relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates and their families.

What you will do

• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams throughout the full program lifecycle.
• Act as the primary operational contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage program scope, timelines, budgets, governance, and performance.
• Partner with account management on long-term customer strategies.
• Prepare statements of work and support approval processes.
• Identify program risks and drive mitigation actions to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a science or engineering field.
• Experience in project or program management within a regulated environment.
• Proven ability to deliver complex projects successfully.
• Familiarity with project management tools and standard office applications.
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills across teams.
• Clear communication skills with customers and stakeholders.
