Inventory & Logistics Coordinator (Barcelona)

Location: Onsite in Barcelona, Spain. Applicants must have the legal right to work in Spain.

Provides end-to-end satellite mission services, including satellite design, manufacturing, launch, operations, Earth observation, IoT connectivity, and secure communications.

What you will do

• Receive, log, store, and track components, tools, consumables, and equipment.
• Manage goods-in and goods-out processes, stock counts, audits, reconciliations, and inventory records.
• Identify low stock levels, shortages, discrepancies, and equipment availability issues.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments of satellite hardware and equipment.
• Liaise with freight forwarders and couriers to book shipments and track deliveries.
• Prepare commercial invoices, packing lists, airway bills, and support logistics cost tracking and invoice processing.

Requirements

• Experience or understanding of inventory control, goods handling, warehouse, or logistics processes.
• Confidence managing accurate data in inventory or ERP systems.
• Understanding of stock tracking, delivery coordination, and material movements.
• Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and organisational skills.
• Clear communication with internal teams and external logistics partners.
• Legal right to work in Spain is required.
