Head of Supply Chain Spain (Customer Operations and Logistics): Leading end-to-end customer operations and logistics across Spain, including customer service, order management, warehousing, and transportation with an accent on operational excellence, digitalization, and automation. Location: ESP-Mataró (Barcelona), Spain; hybrid teleworking model.

What you will do
- Lead Customer Service, Order Management, Warehousing, and Transportation operations across Spain.
- Ensure strong customer service performance, operational reliability, and continuous improvement.
- Drive transformation, digitalization, process optimization, and automation initiatives.
- Manage logistics partners and support supply network optimization.
- Monitor KPIs including OTIF, service level, productivity, and logistics costs.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Planning, and Global Supply Chain teams while coaching and developing teams.
Requirements
- University degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong experience in Supply Chain Operations, Logistics, or Customer Operations.
- Proven people leadership experience in multinational environments.
- Experience managing Customer Service, Warehousing, and Transportation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with experience using SAP and Supply Chain systems.
- Fluent English and Spanish required.
