Warehouse Professional (Supply Chain/Logistics)

What you will do

• Coordinate national and international shipments, collections, transportation incidents, and repair tool logistics with external carriers and logistics providers.
• Process incoming materials from suppliers in SAP and maintain accurate material entry databases and order documentation.
• Manage material returns, surplus shipments, delivery notes, and standard warehouse records.
• Perform physical stock control, periodic inventory counts, and warehouse stock reconciliations.
• Organize, label, store, load, and unload materials while supporting local workshop projects and equipment packaging activities.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, quality, organization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or materials management is preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.
• Ability to perform physical warehouse activities, including loading and unloading materials.
• Structured and organized approach, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with a commitment to safety, quality, and workplace organization.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP or another ERP system.
• Forklift license and experience handling warehouse equipment.
