Warehouse Intern (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Support daily warehouse operations and distribution processes.
• Monitor and report operational KPIs and support stock control activities.
• Investigate operational incidents, discrepancies, and inventory accuracy issues.
• Monitor outbound activities and export shipments.
• Prepare and validate transport and shipping documentation.
• Collaborate with Warehouse, Customer Service, and Transportation teams on continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Final-year student or postgraduate/master’s student in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interest in warehousing, transportation, and supply chain operations.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and good organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP, WMS, or other operational systems.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Previous logistics or supply chain internship or academic project experience.
• Interest in international transportation and export operations.
• Driver’s license.
