What you will do
- Oversee daily logistics operations and coordinate shipments from warehouses to retail platforms.
- Serve as the primary contact for 3PLs, carriers, and internal stakeholders, resolving delivery incidents.
- Coordinate deliveries, appointments, returns, and special transport requirements.
- Monitor 3PL and carrier performance and collaborate with Warehouse, Finance, Sales, and Customer teams.
- Drive process improvements to increase operational efficiency and service quality.
- Prepare operational, financial, and compliance reports, including invoicing, SOX, proof of delivery, cost analysis, and chargebacks.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in logistics, preferably in FMCG within EMEA.
- Fluency in Spanish and business English is required.
- Degree or studies in logistics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems.
- Knowledge of transport management systems.
- Strong organisational, problem-solving, stress-management, collaborative, and cross-functional communication skills.
