What you will do
- Coordinate supplier booking activities from cargo readiness through freight forwarder handoff for domestic and international shipments.
- Manage road, ocean, and air bookings, confirmations, changes, rollovers, pickups, and shipment updates.
- Track multimodal shipments end to end and escalate delays, documentation gaps, and supplier or forwarder performance issues.
- Validate shipping documents, including bills of lading instructions, invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, EUR.1 documents, and container details.
- Maintain accurate booking, milestone, supplier, and execution data in TMS, ERP, and logistics visibility tools.
- Prepare booking status and risk reports and support continuous improvement, SOP updates, lessons learned, and regional standardization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
- 2–5+ years of experience in logistics coordination, transportation operations, supplier coordination, or international shipping, preferably in industrial, EPC, or energy sectors.
- Strong knowledge of transportation modes, booking processes, shipping documentation, and Incoterms 2020.
- Experience coordinating suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders in complex logistics environments.
- Proficiency in TMS, ERP systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Fluency in English is required; occasional travel to sites, warehouses, customers, and suppliers is expected.

- Experience with OTM.
- Spanish or other European languages.
