Director, Prefabrication & Modularization (Data Center Construction)

Location: DFW01_02; role references IAD and DFW data center locations in the United States

Salary: $200,000–$230,000 plus bonus

What you will do

• Lead the discovery, evaluation, and strategic adoption of prefabrication, preassembly, modularization, and offsite fabrication solutions for data center projects.
• Identify and build relationships with vendors, contractors, and suppliers providing power, cooling, structural, and integrated infrastructure solutions.
• Develop quantitative models demonstrating ROI, cost savings, capital efficiency, schedule compression, and total project value.
• Assess feasibility, constructability, schedule, quality, safety, and sustainability impacts across design, preconstruction, and construction activities.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, procurement, construction, and operations teams to embed PPMOF practices into standards and execution plans.
• Lead pilot implementations, lessons-learned reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives across the data center portfolio.

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of data center design, preconstruction, and construction processes.
• Experience evaluating prefabricated, modular, preassembled, and offsite construction solutions.
• Ability to build financial and operational models for ROI, cost savings, and capital optimization.
• Strong project management, strategic thinking, innovation, quality management, and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across design, engineering, procurement, construction, and operations functions.
• Availability to work in the United States data center portfolio referenced in the role description.
