Commissioning Agent - Data Center (Travel Required)

Location: Remote; travel required for commissioning work.

Salary: $90,000–$140,000 USD annually, with potential performance-based bonus and merit increases.

What you will do

• Oversee daily commissioning activities for data centers and other large-scale infrastructure.
• Conduct pre-functional and functional testing to validate mechanical and electrical system integrity.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
• Lead investigations and troubleshoot problems to identify effective solutions.
• Support marketing and business development efforts to help gain new clients.
• Maintain high standards of quality and reliability across commissioning projects.

Requirements

• 3+ years of commissioning experience.
• Strong knowledge of pre-functional and functional commissioning.
• Experience with complex mechanical and electrical systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lead projects, take ownership, and work independently across varied tasks.
• Willingness to travel as required for the role.
