Family Medicine Physician (Full Benefits and Flex Time) Port St. Lucie, FL

Location: Port St. Lucie, Florida, United States; patient care is provided at assigned hirify.global Centers.

Salary: $210,000–$255,000 per year for 0.9 FTE, plus eligibility for an annual incentive.

What you will do

• Provide patient-centered, full-spectrum primary care to employees at an assigned health center.
• Manage preventive care, acute conditions, chronic diseases, and wellness needs for adults and children.
• Build long-term patient relationships through 30–60-minute appointments and a panel of approximately 800–1,000 patients.
• Use electronic medical records and population management tools to support clinical quality and outcomes.
• Collaborate with at least two Advanced Practice Providers and other interdisciplinary care professionals.
• Support patient engagement and a high-touch service experience within a capitated-fee care model.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited medical school and completion of residency.
• Professional experience in Family Practice or Internal Medicine plus Pediatrics.
• Board certification, or board eligibility with intent to certify.
• Active state medical license required; DEA registration preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required by the start date.
• A dispensing license may be required under state regulations.
