What you will do

• Assess patients and deliver individualized physical therapy programs, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, modalities, activities, and education.
• Coordinate care, schedule follow-up appointments, and support referrals, screenings, and specialty care.
• Document patient services promptly in the electronic medical record.
• Provide worksite education on body mechanics, ergonomics, safety, wellness, and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, occupational therapists, health coaches, medical assistants, and other staff.
• Supervise and direct physical therapist assistants and support evidence-based staff training.

Requirements

• BS, MS, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited university.
• Current license from the state Board of Physical Therapy Examiners.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a physical therapist.
• Current BLS certification.
• Knowledge of clinical documentation requirements and electronic medical record software in accordance with state, federal, and APTA guidelines.
• Outpatient experience with adolescent and adult populations.

Nice to have

• Ergonomic training, certification, or experience.
• Strong presentation skills and comfort educating employees at different organizational levels.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
