Sr. Manager, Enterprise Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) (Fintech)

Location: Jacksonville, Florida, United States; hybrid schedule with Tuesday to Thursday in office and Monday/Friday virtual

What you will do

• Support enterprise financial planning, annual planning, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Translate corporate strategy into integrated financial models, performance targets, and management reporting.
• Partner with senior leaders, consulting firms, accounting, tax, HR, financial systems, and development teams.
• Deliver analysis of growth, margins, investments, risks, opportunities, M&A, capital allocation, and scenarios.
• Improve planning tools, data quality, analytics methods, system functionality, and enterprise finance governance.
• Oversee corporate cost allocations, plan maintenance, segment adjustments, and the enterprise FP&A calendar while mentoring finance professionals.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial strategy.
• 5+ years leading enterprise planning, forecasting, or financial performance management initiatives.
• 3+ years managing and developing finance professionals.
• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow dynamics.
• Proficiency with financial planning systems, analytics tools, data visualization, and Hyperion.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a skills-based equivalent, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders through financial insight.

• Experience in large-scale, matrixed, or publicly traded organizations.
• Exposure to fintech, technology, or regulated financial services.
• Scenario modeling, capital allocation, process transformation, or finance modernization experience.
• MBA, CPA, CFA, or comparable advanced certification.
