Sr. Financial Analyst (Fintech)

Location: US Remote; candidates must be eligible to work in the US for full-time employment.

What you will do

• Own forecasting and planning activities by building, maintaining, and improving financial models.
• Analyze performance against budgets, forecasts, and prior periods to identify drivers, trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Deliver financial reporting and actionable insights to leadership and business stakeholders.
• Partner with the go-to-market organization and business leaders to support decisions, challenge assumptions, and influence outcomes.
• Improve reporting and forecasting workflows through automation, alternative methodologies, and AI use cases.
• Maintain data integrity, documentation, internal controls, and timely ad hoc analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of finance-related experience.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and data analysis.
• Experience with financial systems such as Adaptive or similar tools.
• US work authorization is required; employment sponsorship is not available.

• Experience in SaaS or fintech environments.
