Senior Project Manager - IT

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of the ADP payroll system across the region.
• Develop project charters, timelines, resource plans, risk assessments, and RAID logs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, internal resources, and external vendors.
• Monitor delivery progress, manage scope changes, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain stakeholder alignment, provide executive communication, and escalate issues.
• Track project performance using Smartsheet, MS Project, Confluence, and JIRA.

Requirements

• 8+ years of project management experience, including large-scale enterprise system implementations.
• Proven experience leading ADP or payroll implementations and rollouts.
• Strong leadership and organizational change management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 12+ years of related professional experience accepted as an alternative.
• Applicants for New Zealand offices must pass background and nationality checks and be eligible to access ITAR-regulated equipment and data.

Nice to have

• PMP or similar project management certification.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, or high-tech manufacturing.
• Enterprise project or program management experience.
• Experience with Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid project management methodologies.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
