What you will do

• Support the Senior Project Manager with daily operations, resource allocation, project plans, documentation, and budgets.
• Track team tasks, coordinate milestones, and align cross-functional contributors with deadlines.
• Identify risks, issues, delays, and blockers, escalating them for resolution.
• Collect status updates, maintain project dashboards, and prepare progress reports.
• Organise project meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items.

Requirements

• Junior-level project management capability and willingness to develop across the full project lifecycle.
• Strong organisational skills, multitasking ability, prioritisation, and time management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solving approach and ability to identify potential issues early.
• Familiarity with project management software such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Asana, plus productivity tools such as Microsoft Office.
