hirify.global is a tech-enabled business brokerage spun out from D. E. Shaw’s venture studio, developing an internal technology platform for deal execution and business brokerage operations.

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end development of internal tools and AI-driven applications for deal execution and business processes.
• Design and execute AI-powered workflow products that streamline business brokerage operations.
• Conduct user interviews and create meaningful, easy-to-use experiences.
• Prototype tools and product features.
• Collaborate with engineering, business, and design teams to define specifications and drive execution.
• Manage project timelines, technical implementation, and LLM integrations for workflow automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher and an impressive record of academic and professional achievement.
• Three to six years of professional experience, including at least three years developing technology products with development teams.
• At least one year of experience building workflow products that support business activities and processes.
• Experience taking products from conception to completion, preferably in a startup environment.
• Data-driven approach with experience optimizing product features and user satisfaction based on behavior and engagement.
• Experience using LLMs to develop features, tools, or products, plus strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience or knowledge in financial transactions and markets.
