Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: San Francisco, United States; on-site. Relocation assistance and visa and green card application support are available where applicable.

Salary: $180,000–$245,000 per year.

What you will do

• Own key platform areas end to end, from discovery and product specifications through launch, measurement, and iteration.
• Study how legal teams review contracts and identify high-impact customer problems.
• Work daily with engineering and design to scope and ship precise, user-focused product solutions.
• Track frontier LLM capabilities and translate changes in AI into product decisions and defensible value.
• Partner with sales and customer success to convert feedback, usage patterns, and lost deals into roadmap priorities.
• Define success metrics and evaluate the performance of shipped products.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Experience owning products from concept through launch.
• Strong collaboration skills with engineering teams and the ability to earn engineers' trust.
• Strong customer empathy and ability to understand complex workflows.
• Good judgment in prioritizing areas that require best-in-class execution versus 80/20 solutions.
• Comfort operating with ambiguity and making tradeoffs in a fast-paced startup.
