Product Manager (AI)

Location: New York, United States; on-site

Salary: $150,000–$350,000 per year plus meaningful early-stage equity

What you will do

• Translate real-world audit workflows into scalable AI product specifications and define the product roadmap.
• Work directly with auditors to understand workflows and ensure the tools create measurable business impact.
• Partner with engineers to deploy LLM pipelines, RAG systems, and browser automation into production.
• Lead technical rollout across the partnered accounting firm.
• Standardize the approach to modernizing traditional CPA firms through technology.

Requirements

• Proven Product Manager experience, preferably in early-stage or high-growth technical environments.
• Technical or programming experience, such as previous software engineering work or AI-focused side projects.
• Ability to read and understand basic financial statements, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
• Strong technical fluency in AI, LLMs, data pipelines, and technical trade-offs.
• Willingness to work closely with users and real-world data in an execution-focused environment.
