Manager, Direct New Sales (Fintech)

Location: Jacksonville, Florida, United States; travel of 25% or more may be required.

Salary: $140,080–$238,120 per year

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop Account Executives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Build executive relationships with regional and community banks and understand their business strategies.
• Guide technology plans aligned with client business goals.
• Identify and drive opportunities to sell new products and services across assigned accounts.
• Provide strategic direction, deal coaching, and executive-level engagement on key opportunities.
• Ensure consistent pipeline management, forecasting, and sales-strategy execution.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading, developing, and motivating high-performing sales teams.
• Ability to understand banker challenges and align solutions with client success.
• Expert negotiation, communication, and influencing skills.
• Experience presenting to CEO, CIO, COO, and other executives.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals through team performance.
• Ability to travel 25% or more depending on business needs.
