Senior LN Development and Integration Lead (Infor LN)

Location: Onsite at hirify.global’s global headquarters in Long Beach, California, United States

Base pay range: $124,500–$155,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Lead the design, development, customization, and implementation of solutions within Infor LN.
• Develop and maintain LN extensions, BDEs, custom program scripts, and custom tables.
• Drive the migration of LN extensions, custom scripts, and ION developments from on-premises LN to LN Cloud Edition.
• Lead API, middleware, and integration development using Infor ION, connecting LN with CRM, WMS, MES, and other third-party systems.
• Establish development, coding, integration, and governance standards, including code reviews.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and mentor ERP team members.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience developing with Infor LN/Baan ERP and 8+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent total experience.
• 3+ years in a technical leadership or lead developer role.
• Deep knowledge of the Infor LN/Baan development environment, data dictionary, table structures, session customization, and custom program scripts.
• Experience with Infor ION and LN web services, including SOAP and REST APIs.
• Ability to work with geographically distributed teams across multiple time zones and attend occasional meetings outside standard business hours.
• For US office employment, eligibility under US ITAR export regulations is required, such as US citizenship, lawful permanent residence, qualifying refugee or asylum status, or the ability to obtain the required authorizations.

Nice to have

• Infor LN/Baan or Infor OS development certification.
• Experience with Infor Ming.le, Infor OS, and cloud-based LN environments.
• Experience in manufacturing, defense, or aerospace.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
