Salary: $90,000–$115,000 annually

What you will do
- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow applications including ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD.
- Develop complex workflows, business rules, and custom UI components using JavaScript and GlideScript.
- Manage integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, and Integration Hub.
- Mentor and provide technical oversight to a team of developers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Ensure platform security, data governance, and adherence to best practices.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship required for federal contract and security clearance.
- Active DHS Public Trust clearance or higher.
- 9+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- Strong expertise in App Engine, Service Portal development, and CI/CD practices.
- Experience working in Agile environments using Jira or Azure DevOps.
