Salary: $90,000–$115,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow applications including ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD.
• Develop complex workflows, business rules, and custom UI components using JavaScript and GlideScript.
• Manage integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, and Integration Hub.
• Mentor and provide technical oversight to a team of developers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Ensure platform security, data governance, and adherence to best practices.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required for federal contract and security clearance.
• Active DHS Public Trust clearance or higher.
• 9+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Strong expertise in App Engine, Service Portal development, and CI/CD practices.
• Experience working in Agile environments using Jira or Azure DevOps.
